L’Hirondelle restaurant at Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo achieves Mister Goodfish accreditation
The Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo is working alongside the Prince Albert II Foundation to promote responsible consumption of fish and seafood. L’Hirondelle restaurant, part of the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer group is now a partner of the Mr Goodfish programme.
The unique European Mr Goodfish campaign is the first initiative on this scale to raise consumer awareness and encourage professionals to adopt responsible and sustainable fishing. The Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo are proud to be a part of this programme and to offer customers fish caught in season from defined regional zones in a way that fully protects the environment.
